restaurant for the dinner meal during the period.
Our sponsors have approved to send you a
certified bank check of Dkk 85.000 to cover your
booking fee and other services that the group
will need. These include air flight tickets, travel
insurance and accommodation arrangement
being organized by a tour operator.
On receiving the check, kindly deposit it into
your account for clearing. When you have the
funds cleared in your account, deduct and keep
your booking fee of Dkk 11.625 and send the
balance money to the tour operator via a swift
bank transfer. A proforma invoice containing the
operator´s banking details will be sent to you
upon confirmation of the money in your account.
Kindly confirm this arrangement and get back to
me with your NAME (as it will appear on the
check) POSTAL ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER
for payment.

Thanks alot for your request.
Yes the times and dates are available at the
moment. Our restaurant doesnt normally have a
typical 3 course dinner concept.
What we do with larger groups is we make a
freshly made mini buffet that gets stocked up as
you go along. It will be served on your table and
people have a selection of what ever they fancy.
Its typical a selection of bread, snacks, dips,
salads and warm 4-5 different dishes incl. a
vegetarian option. And a cake/other dessert at
the end. We would ofcourse make sure that you
get to taste various foods on the different days if
its the same group of people.
The normal price for the above is 175,- p.p, we
can offer it for 155,- p.p on the premisies that
you book it for 5 days x 15 persons. Total 11.625
DKK.
It is all incl. taxes and charges.
Drinks prices are:
20-25 kr. soft drinks, beers around 30-40 kr.
And wines range from 168-220 kr.

group of 15 adults scheduled to have dinner at
your restaurant for 5 days. The dates are from
14th - 18th October 2014, time 20:00 daily for a 3
course meal (entree/starter, main course and
dessert). The group does not have any special
request, allergies nor vegetarian. Combination of
meat and fish menu will be fine.
If you can host this group, please provide the
total cost of your 3 course menu for 15 persons
through the 5 days excluding drinks. This cost
should include all taxes and service charge if
applicable except drinks which will be paid for at
your place.
In the event you do not have availability for the
stated date, please advise next available 5-day
period in September or November, 2014.
