They are charging customers for products purchased online with a free support from Microsoft.
Scammers quoted me $250.00 and then came down to $100.00 for just uninstalling and reinstalling the Office program using free fixit tools from Microsoft.

The url mistakes them as Microsoft and it is not supposed to happen. All the three are the same tech support scam!
