I am happy to let you know that we have
decided to use your services for the translation

Our sponsors will prepay you directly with a

banking details. All taxes, bank charges and
commissions will be deducted from his fee
before the transfer is made. An invoice from the
manager to you is also available if needed for
your book-keeping records.

check) POSTAL ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER
for payment.
